Concordia announces alumni scholarship

Concordia University announced the first-ever scholarship offering for CUAA alumni looking to return to their alma mater and take the next step in their educational journey.

The Alumni Scholarship program has been made available for the 2018-19 academic year. It provides $200 per any three-credit course in eligible adult accelerated undergraduate programs or $500 per three-credit course in participating graduate programs.

While none of the eligible course offerings are currently available on the ground in Ann Arbor, a significant number of online offerings made the list, including Concordia’s reputable MBA program and the recently launched Doctorate of Education of Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement.

The Alumni Scholarship is also available to Concordia University Wisconsin alumni. Altogether, Concordia celebrates more than 42,000 alumni.

“We recognize how difficult it is today for adult learners to find the financial support they need to further their careers and personal vocations,” says Dr. Michael Uden, vice provost of student enrollment and engagement. “We, at Concordia, have created these scholarships to ease their burden and help them reach their God-given potential.”
