Get to know the 2021-2022 Resident Assistants at Concordia University Ann Arbor!
Meet Kyra Jammer (’22).
Kyra will be an RA of Esther hall and is an elementary education major with a specialty in early childhood education, and she is getting her Lutheran teaching diploma as well.
What’s your favorite thing about living on campus?
I love how convenient it is to roll out of bed at 8:20 a.m. for an 8:30 a.m. class (haha jk). But really though, living on campus is the best. You are able to meet so many people that you never thought you would meet and you have a great community to be a part of.
What’s your best CUAA Res Hall hack?
I highly recommend purchasing some bed risers if you’d prefer to not loft or bunk your bed. They create so much extra space that you’ll likely end up putting to good use.
If I’m playing music in my room I’m probably playing…
Taylor Swift all day everyday!
My favorite part about working with residents on campus is (or will be)…
These past two years have been an amazing experience. My favorite part has to be building relationships with my residents on not only an emotional level, but a spiritual level as well. The residents on this campus are the best and I can’t wait to continue to work with all of them!
