The Dean of the School of Education, Dr. Jim Pingel along with the Assistant Dean Dr. Adam Paape and the Assistant Director of the Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with Elementary and Secondary Education Stephanie Howay all presented at the Michigan Association of Non-Public Schools annual conference.

The 2024 MANS Education Conference is an essential gathering for nonpublic school staff, offering a unique platform for professional growth and innovation. The event had keynote speakers who brought profound insights and inspiration as well as a diverse range of education sessions catering to various roles and interests.

Dr. Pingel led a session on How to Lead like Jesus as well as a session on Culture Keys and Killers.  Dr. Paape led sessions on Elevating Mathematics Instruction and Whole Hearted Learning.  Ms. Howay led a session on the Science of Reading.  Dr. Sara Clemm von Hohenberg, Director of the Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with Elementary and Secondary Education shared program information with those who visited the table at the expo center.
