Join us at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Holy Trinity on the Concordia University Ann Arbor campus for the latest event in this sacred tradition of prayer, worship, and music.
The music department of CUAA presents another edition of the beloved Concordia Vespers on Sunday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. in the beautiful Chapel of the Holy Trinity.
For the first time at Concordia Vespers, the Concordia Choir will be joined by the Concordia Orchestra—both ensembles fresh from national recognition in The American Prize. The two ensembles, both at record enrollment in the history of the school, will be presenting movements from Dan Forrest’s Jubilate Deo, a tour de force of different musical idioms based on Psalm 100.
As always, the music will sit alongside the proclamation of the Word and Liturgy, with campus pastor Randy Duncan preaching.
Admission is free—donations are accepted to support the continued music ministry at CUAA and the Concordia Vespers program.
