On Wednesday, March 25, Concordia University Ann Arbor will host its 5th annual Giving Day to benefit our students.
This 24-hour initiative invites the entire Concordia University Ann Arbor community — students, alumni, faculty, staff, parents, and friends — to come together to advance our mission and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.
Here are six specific ways you can plan to participate on Wednesday, March 25.
1. Give … and make an immediate impact
Giving Day is a focused, 24-hour opportunity to come together in support of Concordia Ann Arbor. Every gift — no matter the size — directly supports our students and strengthens our community.
When we give together, we demonstrate what it means to be part of a Lutheran university committed to developing students in mind, body, and spirit for service to Christ in the Church and the world.
2. Give to the Concordia Fund
When you give on March 25, you can support the Concordia Fund — our greatest need.
Tuition covers only a portion of the actual cost to educate each student. The Concordia Fund helps offset the remaining expenses, allowing us to provide an exceptional Christ-centered education without placing a greater financial burden on our students.
Gifts to the Concordia Fund support day-to-day operations, provide scholarship assistance, and enhance the student experience both inside and outside the classroom. This fund ensures that our students have access to the academic excellence that defines Concordia University.
3. Give for the first time
If you have never given to Concordia before, Giving Day is the perfect opportunity.
Maybe you are a recent graduate. Maybe you are a parent who has seen the impact of Concordia firsthand. Or perhaps you have simply never considered making a gift.
