"Kyle is an outstanding student who was a science major before tutoring in the Academic Resource Center (ARC) and realizing that his true passion was in education. Kyle truly has a gift for sharing his science knowledge with others and goes over and above both in his participation in class and in contributing to his fieldwork classrooms. Kyle has been offered several jobs already including being offered a position during his interview for student teaching! Kyle is resilient and a servant leader at heart." - Faculty nomination

Favorite CUAA Pastime
My favorite CUAA pastime is fishing on the Huron River on campus. It’s a great way to get my mind off of things and reset.
What would you share with prospective students who are considering attending CUAA?
CUAA is a great school with a small-town feel where everyone knows everyone. It’s hard to go across campus without stopping to talk to a person or two.
Any final words?
It is an honor to be selected for the student of the month as there is only a handful of students chosen each year. It only seems fitting that it is my last semester at Concordia and this will be one of my fondest memories. It really shows me that I am appreciated around campus by faculty and peers alike.
