The University is proud to announce that Dr. Thomas Cedel, current president of Concordia University Texas in Austin, will be this year’s spring commencement speaker.
Prior to coming to Concordia Texas, Dr. Cedel was the Chief Academic Office and Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at CUAA. Dr. Cedel is also a retired Air Force Colonel and was a fighter pilot, having flown the F-4, A-7, and F-16 aircraft.
The commencement ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 18 in the University’s Gymnasium and recognizes the the accomplishments of both undergraduate and graduate students. Family and friends are encouraged to attend. No tickets are required for the ceremony.
