Meet McKinley Schmitz (’23).
Hometown: Asheville, North Carolina
Major: Business Management, minor in Theater
RA of John Mark Hall (secondary)
What are three fun facts about yourself?
- I’m from North Carolina
- I love puns
- I’m getting a theater minor here at Concordia
What’s been your favorite part of your Concordia experience so far?
Meeting some of my best friends and being involved with the theater productions on campus!
What’s one thing that Concordia students should have in their hall?
I prefer tea over coffee, so a hot water kettle is super important for me. Also, don’t forget a lamp or string lights to brighten up your room!
What’s something that Concordia students should NOT have in their hall?
As much as I would love to bring my dog to school with me, no animals except those documented for student assistance are allowed in the dorms.
First impression of being a member of the Resident Life Team?
I am excited to be a part of a group who are all so passionate in making campus feel like home to each and every student!
