Meet Beth Heiss, the new department chair of management and marketing for CUWAA.

Beth Heiss joined the Haab School of Business in Ann Arbor August of 2023 as faculty and department chair for management and marketing. She made the move from Adrian College.

Beth is a great addition to the CUAA campus. In fall Beth and 60 students attended the Digital Marketing Workshop at EMU. Next up for Beth is attending a Neuromarketing Bootcamp with Dr. Angie Belz.

We have asked her a few questions about her background, education, business experiences. Get to know one of our new faculty members!

What brought you to Concordia Ann Arbor?

My love for Concordia goes back many years. I grew up Lutheran and always felt drawn to Concordia and came to campus for events for my cousins who graduated from here. I came for a campus tour after being recruited to play volleyball at Concordia in the 1990’s but decided on attending another school and playing D3 volleyball and softball. Then I saw Dr. Gray at a retirement party and after learning about all of the exciting things happening here, I applied for an opening.
