Meet Bernard Kasanda (’21).
Hometown: Lawrenceville, GA
Major: Nursing
RA of Stephen Hall
What are three fun facts about yourself?
- I’m from Atlanta, Georgia
- I want to be a nurse in the near future
- I am fluent in French
What’s been your favorite part of your Concordia experience so far?
My favorite experience was having the opportunity to travel with my basketball teammates to Hawaii for a basketball tournament. It was my first time ever visiting Hawaii and I truly loved every second of it. It was a once in a lifetime experience.
What’s one thing that Concordia students should have in their hall?
I would always advise students to bring a TV. Cable is free 🙂
What’s something that Concordia students should NOT have in their hall?
As much as I love pets, animals other than a fish are not allowed on campus.
What is your first impression of being an RA so far?
This is more than just a job. This resident life crew is a family. I’m so happy to be a part of the team as we all have the same focus to give residents the best campus life experience.
