Tim Neal

Concordia University Ann Arbor celebrates with Timothy Neal, MS, AT, ATC, CCISM, program director of athletic training education and assistant professor of health and human performance, on his recent induction into the National Athletic Trainers' Association 2019 Hall of Fame.


The National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) is the professional membership association for athletic trainers and others who support the profession. Neal is one of seven honorees inducted into the 2019 hall of fame.

According to nata.org, there are a variety of awards bestowed each year to worthy members of NATA, each with their own unique requirements, application, review processes, timelines and recognition efforts.

Neal is very active in scholarship, policy writing, and task forces for both the NATA and the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
