Concordia University Ann Arbor's office of academics is excited to extend an invitation to the Class of 2020 to participate in the upcoming, in-person December 2021 Commencement.

December Commencement will take place on Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021 at 2 p.m. ET in the Field House at CUAA, 4090 Geddes Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Concordia is pleased to welcome graduates from the Class of 2020 who wish to physically walk across the stage, hear their name announced aloud, and take part in all of the other elements of in-person pomp and circumstance. Members of the Class of 2020 are asked to share whether or not they will be attending by emailing Georgia Kreiger by Friday, October 15.

RSVP for December 2021 Commencement

Both cohorts of the Class of 2020’s spring and December graduates were affected by limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic. Spring’s degree conferral and December’s commencement celebration, which featured graduation speaker Tim Tebow, were both held virtually, with in-person photo opportunities available by registration. May graduates from the Class of 2021 were able to be recognized in-person with limited guests.

More details to come

After sharing RSVP, graduation participants will receive information throughout the fall semester about ordering their cap and gown, reserving tickets for their guests, and other details.
