Concordia University’s Master of Science in Leadership (MSL) program is a great option to bridge this requirement gap. MSL Overview
Concordia’s MSL program empowers you to develop the qualities and traits of a transformative leader that inspires others to work towards a common goal. With this advanced leadership degree, you will develop the skills that will help you lead organizational changes, drive strategic initiatives, and develop high-performing teams. The courses focus on leadership at different levels, such as:
- Business strategy
- Leadership and management

The MSL program requires 30 semester hours of credit or 10 courses that can be done entirely online in less than two years. Furthermore, classes start every eight weeks. This flexibility allows students to obtain their master’s degree while working full-time from anywhere in the world.
Saving Time & Money
Pursuing CUW’s MSL degree can position you to be well on your way to earning your DBA. Four courses taken in the MSL program can transfer to the DBA program. Therefore in a little over a year and a half, you can earn your master’s degree and have 4 courses completed that transfer to the DBA program, which saves you both time and money.

CUW’s DBA Program
Concordia University’s DBA program addresses the current challenges companies, leaders, and teams face in today’s business environment. In this program, you will develop scholar-practitioner skills while learning from industry experts skilled in blending applied learning with theory development. You will leave the program equipped with the tools, experience, and knowledge to transform organizations and improve performance through grounded research methods. This 60-credit degree program can be done in 3 years with only 2 on-campus residencies, each being up to 4 days in length.
